The Belle Dalle, a strong real ale, is exclusively brewed with pale malt produced from the barley grown on the “Domaine de Belle Dalle” farm.
The sandy, clay, loam soil and the soft sea climate offer the optimal combination to produce the perfect barley for processing malt. The relationship between the beer and the area of production is paramount.
The “Domaine de Belle Dalle Farm-Brewery” produces 3 different vintages: “Le Bois de Belle Dalle”, “Le Jardin de Belle Dalle” and “Le Chemin de Wissant”, which are the perfect accompaniment for the Belle Dalle cheese, aged by the cheese-making process called “washing” in this very same beer.
